2001Going independent as contractors
Overcoming language barriers and hard lessons in the trade. Every obstacle hardened our resolve and pushed us to do better work, winning customers purely by word-of-mouth referrals.
2004Opening our first company
Steady growth, and we came out of the 2007 recession stronger and more established. While other companies went under by cutting corners on quality, we doubled down on personal service and straight dealing.
